El Jockey

El Jockey tells the story of a legendary rider whose reckless behavior jeopardizes his career and relationships. After a serious accident during a decisive race, he mysteriously disappears. While his boss and lover search desperately for him, he wanders Buenos Aires on a journey of self-discovery, grappling with questions of identity and destiny.

Directed by Luis Ortega and starring Nahuel Pérez Biscayart and Úrsula Corberó, the film seamlessly blends suspense and drama within a surreal, dreamlike atmosphere. Awarded at the Venice Film Festival, El Jockey won the Horizontes Award for Best Latin American Film at San Sebastián and received a Goya nomination in the same category.
