Two stand-alone stories, one about a Pulitzer-winning writer who teaches at a second-rate university and seduces his students out of spite for life. Vi, a young woman who needs to please in order to please herself, and Marcus, a boy with cerebral palsy studies there. In the other story, an embittered New Yorker tries to make a documentary.
